Video Conference Interviews
Fiordalis Associates was one of the pioneers in utilizing this tool to save our clients' time and money. "See" the candidate (and
spouse when appropriate) before deciding to issue an invitation for a face-to-face interview. We can also develop a notebook of
background materials on the candidate.
In Person Candidate Interviews
You may choose to bypass the video and meet the candidate(s) in person. At your discretion, we can sit in with you and your team and
participate in the interviewing process at your site.

Reference Checks
We can contact as many references per candidate as you would like and provide a written summary of the reference's comments.
Additionally, we can verify credit standings, motor vehicle records, state felony and misdemeanor records, education, etc. For
a physician, we can also verify licensure information, possible disciplinary actions taken by various state boards, certifications
and the like. The actual "credentialing" of the physician still must be done by the healthcare delivery organization that grants
authorization to the physician through its governing body to provide specific patient care and treatment services within defined
limits.

Help Negotiate Offer & Acceptance Package
If you find the right person and can't come to an agreement, then you have not been successful.
